Annual Returns Disbursement

This electronic service streamlines the process for beneficiaries to access the governing rules and regulations of the services, and to receive their annual financial entitlements. For living beneficiaries, eligibility is automatically verified through secure government platforms, enabling direct disbursement. In the event of a beneficiary’s death, legal heirs may initiate the disbursement process by submitting an electronic request.

• Original Annual Declaration (Form 21)
•An updated copy of the deceased's family record, or copies of the national ID cards of all legal heirs
•A copy of the official inheritance deed
•A medical report for individuals legally deemed incapacitated or fully disabled
•A copy of the legal guardianship document for minor beneficiaries
•For eligible divorced daughters: a copy of the divorce certificate and their family record
•For eligible widowed daughters: a copy of their family record
•A copy of the national ID card of the person confirming the accuracy of the submitted information
•A copy of the national ID card of the designated legal representative
•A power of attorney document explicitly authorizing the “Receipt of Annual Returns"
A certified copy of the bank account number (IBAN) of the authorized recipient, printed on official bank letterhead bearing the bank's logo
