The National Debt Management Center announces that it has closed the February 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 3.160 billion (three billion and one hundred sixty million SAR).

The Sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 1.930 billion (one billion and nine hundred thirty million SAR), with total orders of SAR 4.005 billion (four billion and five million SAR), matures in 2028.
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.230 billion (one billion and two hundred thirty million SAR), with total orders of SAR 2.110 billion (two billion and one hundred ten million SAR), matures in 2033.
