The National Competitiveness Center (NCC) established the (Laws and Regulations Support Unit) in implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. (476) dated March 10, 2020. One of the unit's competencies is to establish a unified online public consultation platform to solicit and supervise the opinions and feedback of the public and government entities
Accordingly, public polls on MOF ToR, in terms of laws and regulations are received through “Istitlaa Platform", which is a unified electronic platform affiliated with NCC to seek opinions of individuals, private sector, and public entities regarding laws, regulations, and the like issued by government entities related to the economic and development environment.
