​The Saudi Ministry of Finance announced the opening of its Knowledge Transfer Window to the public, providing access to the Ministry's procedural guides and allowing visitors to download available forms.

The window includes various templates and forms for the Ministry's project management, along with enhanced digital content and a comprehensive archive. It serves as a reference guide containing tools, technical details, standards, and frameworks that support the implementation of organizational strategies and projects.

Initially, the Ministry had made the window available only to government entities within the gov.sa and edu.sa domains. In response to requests from multiple organizations and individuals, the second phase now opens full access to anyone interested in benefiting from it.
