The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of October 2026 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 6.749Bn (Six billion seven hundred and forty-nine million Saudi Riyals)

The Sukuk issuance was divided into four tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 265 Mn (Two hundred and sixty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2031)
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 2.735 Bn (Two billion seven hundred and thirty-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2033)
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 3.446 Bn (Three billion four hundred and forty-six million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
• The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 302 Mn (Three hundred and two million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
