The Saudi Ministry of Finance continues to accept applications for the Technical Cooperation Program with the World Bank through the “Hsr" platform. This fee-based consultancy program provides access to the World Bank's valuable expertise across several key development sectors, offering insights into the best global practices, while enhancing the operational methodologies of government and semi-government entities in line with international standards.

The program includes analytical and training services, support for strategic project implementation, and consultancy in areas such as investment, business environment, education, healthcare, labor market, energy, transportation, urban planning, public finance management, SMEs development, and public-private sector economic integration.

Through the Technical Cooperation Program with the World Bank, the Technical Cooperation Department at the Ministry of Finance has helped numerous entities achieve their objectives. To date, 80 entities have benefited, covering 103 projects, and the program has facilitated the signing of 46 separate agreements.

To request advisory services from the World Bank, the entity's representative can register and submit their request through the Ministry of Finance's e-Services Platform for Government Entities, “Hsr", and can also consult the Guideline for instructions on registration and submitting requests.
