On April 7 2022, His Excellency the Saudi Minister of Finance, Mr. Mohammed Al-Jadaan met in Jeddah the Malaysian Minister of International Trade and Industry Mr. Mohamed Azmin Ali.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to advance economic and financial relations as well as trade and investment cooperation between the two friendly nations. They also explored areas of cooperation to face climate change challenges. The Malaysian Minister expressed Malaysia's support for the Kingdom in hosting the Expo 2030 in Riyadh and invited Al-Jadaan to visit Malaysia.
The meeting was attended by a number of officials from the Saudi Ministry of Finance and the Malaysian side.
