Saudi licensed banks receive approval to participate in Saudi Riyal Sukuk Program

The Debt Management Office (DMO) at the Ministry of Finance (MoF), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is pleased to announce that it has completed receiving all requirements from Saudi licensed banks (below)1- Alawwal Bank2- Alinma Bank3- Al Rajhi Bank4- Arab National Bank 5- Bank AlBilad6- Bank AlJazira7- Banque Saudi Fransi8- Gulf International Bank9- Riyad Bank10- Samba Financial Group (SAMBA)11- Saudi Investment Bank12- The National Commercial Bank13- The Saudi British Bank enabling their participation in the Government of Saudi Arabia Saudi Riyal Sukuk Program. The DMO would like to thank to all Saudi licensed banks and extend special thanks to Alinma bank who assisted with Sukuk structuring. It is noted that the establishment of the sukuk program and the issuance under it is subject to MoF discretion pursuant to the authority granted under the royal decree.
