Closure Announcement of the (10-2018) issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-Denominated Sukuk Programme

The Ministry of Finance announces that it has completed the issuance of the (10-2018) issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The issuance size was set at SAR 3.250 Billion. The Sukuk issued were divided into three tranches as follows: - The first tranche has a size of SAR 2.330 billion and matures in 2023G. - The second tranche has a size of SAR 0.360 billion and matures in 2025G. - The third tranche has a size of SAR 0.560 billion and matures in 2028G
