​The National Debt Management Center announces the closure of November 2025 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program. The Total Amount Allocated was set at SAR 5.832 Bn (five billion eight hundred and thirty-two million Saudi Riyals)

The Sukuk issuance was divided into five tranches as follows:

• The first tranche has a size of SAR 700 Mn (Seven hundred million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2027)
• The second tranche has a size of SAR 1.375 Bn (One billion three hundred and seventy-five million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2029)
• The third tranche has a size of SAR 180 Mn (One hundred eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2032)
• The fourth tranche has a size of SAR 197 Mn (One hundred and ninety-seven million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2036)
• The fifth tranche has a size of SAR 3.380 Bn (Three billion three-hundred and eighty million Saudi Riyals) maturing in (2039)
